How we work
Concierge isn't a service list. It's a way of working. We handle what needs handling — quietly, precisely, and through a network built across three cities over years in hospitality.
Most of what we do happens before you notice it needs doing. A table moved to a quieter corner. A car waiting before you've thought to ask. A bottle in the room before check-in. The work is in the anticipation, not the execution.
What we promise is simple. Clarity in how we communicate, consistency in how we deliver, and a standard that doesn't shift between Oslo, Mykonos and Ksamil. The cities are different. The work isn't.
Tables that aren't on the booking app.
The restaurants worth going to rarely have availability when you need it. We work directly with chefs, owners and maître d's — in our cities and beyond — to open doors that are otherwise closed.
A quiet corner at a fully booked room. A private chef in a villa for the evening. A tasting menu built around a specific guest, or a long table for fifteen with no menu at all. Tell us the night, the city, and how many — we handle the rest.
Arrive without thinking about the hours in between.
Travel that feels considered, not assembled. We arrange private villas, hotel suites, yachts and ground transport — anchored in Oslo, Mykonos and Ksamil, but extended wherever you're going.

These are the requests that don't fit anywhere else — and often, the ones that matter most. Wherever you are, we handle them the same way we handle everything: discreetly, precisely, and without making it feel like a transaction. If it can be done well, we'll do it. If it can't, we'll tell you honestly.
Some rooms only open through someone.
Some places don't advertise. Some nights aren't open to the public. Our network — built across hospitality, nightlife and private venues, and extending well beyond our three cities — means we can place you inside rooms that usually require knowing someone.
For our clients, that someone is us. Whether it's a table at a private club in Mykonos, a closed event in Oslo, or a venue somewhere we haven't named yet, we make the call so you don't have to make the ask.
